Refund policy

Returns and refunds for physical products will be honored up to a week after receiving the product. If you purchase a hand-knit item from me I want it to fit you and be something you will love. Contact me via email with your return request within a week and I will return your purchase in full. Returns after a week might still be considered, but not in full. 

Returns for digital products will be processed on a case-by case basis up to a month after purchase of the product.
